What happens after I send an enquiry?
You receive an email confirmation. We read your brief and reply personally to clarify what you need. The next step is a proposal with the scope and price for you to review.
How much will my website cost?
The quote depends on the pages, languages, content and features you need. Tell us your priorities and, if you have one, your budget. We explain the scope and any ongoing costs in the proposal.
How long does a project take?
We agree a timeline once we understand the scope and which content is ready. Your proposal sets out the key stages and the feedback or materials needed from you.
Do I need to provide the text and photos?
Bring what you already have: a logo, photos, menus or information about your business. We identify any gaps together and agree what you will supply and where you need help before pricing the project.
Can you work with my existing domain and website?
Yes. Share your current website in your message. We review what can be reused and plan the redesign, domain setup and any necessary redirects around it.
Who owns the website and domain?
The proposal spells out ownership, access and handover. We recommend keeping the domain in your business’s account. Any third-party licences, hosting and subscriptions are identified separately.
What about changes and support after launch?
We agree how feedback and revisions will work before starting. We also discuss who will make future content updates and which support you need. Any ongoing service is listed separately in the proposal.
Are the portfolio websites client projects?
The current portfolio contains working demonstration websites for fictional businesses. You can explore their layouts and features in English and French. They show possibilities for your project, not client endorsements or measured sales results.
