Your enquiries and correspondence
The form requires your name, email address and a message so we can reply. Company, budget and a preferred example are optional. The selected business type and enquiry language may also be included. We use this information to understand your needs, prepare a quote and correspond with you. We do not add you to a marketing list.
We handle project enquiries to take steps at your request towards a possible service agreement. Other correspondence and website protection rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and keeping the service reliable.
Hosting, domain and security
Vercel hosts the website and processes requests needed to display pages and operate the form. These requests may include an IP address, the requested page address, browser information and technical logs. Cloudflare manages the domain’s DNS, which helps locate the website server. In the current setup, web traffic is served directly by Vercel rather than through Cloudflare’s web proxy.
To limit spam and repeated submissions, the form temporarily uses the IP address and an identifier derived from the email address. Our code does not write enquiry contents or email addresses to its application logs. Fonts and portfolio preview images are served with the website.
Email providers
- Resend delivers form enquiries to both members of our team and sends your confirmation. It processes addresses, message contents and technical delivery information.
- Cloudflare Email Routing receives and routes email addressed to our domain, including when you write directly to hello@dhdt.solutions. This involves processing addresses and the message to route it.
- Google Gmail hosts the inboxes our team uses to read, retain and reply to enquiries. This email processing is separate from Google Analytics and does not depend on your website analytics choice.
Our emails contain a logo hosted on the website. If your email application loads that image, the hosting provider may record a technical request.
Optional analytics and browser storage
With your consent, Google Analytics measures visits and successful form submissions. It may process cookie identifiers, browser and device information, visited pages and approximate location. Our code does not send it your name, email address or message. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled in our integration.
Analytics stays disabled until you agree. Your choice is saved in this browser’s local storage and is valid for 180 days, after which we ask again. You can change it below or in the footer. If you decline, our integration stops measurement and removes its accessible Analytics cookies. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out with your agreement.
Analytics cookies, including _ga and _ga_…, are configured with a 180-day lifetime, which can renew on visits. This is separate from Google’s retention of analytics data. Storing your preference lets us respect your choice, including when you decline analytics. You can also clear this storage in your browser settings.
Retention and international processing
We retain correspondence needed to follow up on your enquiry and, if we work together, manage the project and meet applicable contractual or legal obligations. Retention depends on the progress of the enquiry, the contractual relationship and any need to keep evidence. Technical logs, delivered messages and analytics data are also subject to the relevant providers’ retention settings and terms.

Your rights and linked websites
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, object to certain processing or request portability of your data. Contact us below. You can also complain to your data protection authority, including the CNIL in France.
